please use this option for faux freckles to request a potential alternative time / day that’s currently not showing as available online. I will either accept or decline the booking depending if I can make it work and you will then receive a link to pay a deposit. please leave a note to let me know what coverage you’d like. card details will be taken to secure the slot but you will not be charged until you receive the payment link and process the payment yourself. (Brighton location only)
Cancellation Policy
By booking your treatment you are agreeing to the following booking policy: Upon booking your appointment you must pay a deposit which is non-refundable. You may reschedule your booking up to 96 hours (4 days) prior to the appointment start time and transfer your deposit to a new booking. After this time you will be required to contact Mollie direct to alter your appointment. Appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled by the client within 96 hours prior to the appointment start time will forfeit the paid deposit and be liable for the full payment of the appointment. Last minute cancellations and no shows will be held liable and charged for full payment of the appointment costs. *DECEMBER APPOINTMENTS - for appointments during the month of December the cut off for reschedules will be 1 week before the appointment this is to avoid last minute cancellations and to ensure plenty of time to fill the slot should you need to re-arrange.
